I purchased a phone off the Boost Mobile website and it was not advertised as a locked phone. I couldn't use the phone and I called to return it the day after receiving it. I didn't want to pay for the shipping back and was given the option to open a case with the Boost Mobile Care team. They started a case and they gave me a Case ID number, but they never gave me a call back. During that time 7 days went by and now the Boost Customer Service said that I can't return the phone. Can someone help me with this return?! The Boost Mobile Care told me that I should wait before returning it! The Boost Mobile Care team will not give me any documentation on the case and they tell me that I have to contact a lawyer. Why won't they honor what their coworkers said and give me a return or give me documentation?! Can someone please help me?!
