Bought pre-owned galaxy 7 edge made and account and paid the balance of 50.00$ but my phone isn't activated  ?

For sending me a private message, you just need to click on my username to access my profile. Once there, you will see a button on the right side of your screen labeled "Send This User A Private Message". And yes, I work for Boost. You can see a "badge" right next to my username that identifies me as a Social Care agent.
