I have a galaxy S4 and just discovered while I was in Europe the phone was locked by Boost over a year ago. I waited for 2 weeks over here and secured the unlock code. Now, I am unable to use my phone which was paid for my me, not Boost, and you are telling me that Boost will not reactivate my cell phone for international use? Who gave Boost permission to lock my phone in the first place and now that 12 months have gone by, who gave them permission to lock my phone for only domestic use? I'm in Europe right now, and Boost had prevented my use of my own phone here.
Boost has to realize, they can't convert (steal) customers cell phones and limit their uses of same, for up to a year and then limit their use of their phone anywhere in the world.
