Accidentally backed out of my order confirmation page after I paid the $50 and $10 activation fee for my new phone. I've been trying to reach customer service since 6pm, but the recording keeps telling me I'm not hitting the right numbers even though I am. Can't do anything with my account since I don't know my number. Shouldn't my phone already be activated now? I just paid the $60 fee and I can see it in my bank statements.
