I need help with a device I purchased.

A month ago I bought a Galaxy S7 AT&T model at my local BoostMobile store.

 

The phone broke within a couple weeks of light use and I've later found out that the phone was refurbished and NOT by the manufacturer.

 

However, at the time of purchase I was never told the condition of the phone, just the price, and was told that it has a 1-year manufacturer warranty, which is not the case for non-certified refurbished phones.

 

What can I do to get a possible replacement? I understand that the store policy states "only within 7 days"

 

Also, Is the 90-day non-certified pre-owned warranty just for iPhones? I called and there was no instruction for Samsung devices.
