Hi there, Handsonic! Our apologies for that issue! To further help you, please send us a private message including:

 

- Your phone number and account PIN.

 

- The MEID of the device you're trying to set up.

 

To send us a private message, just click on the agent's username (Hozuki_Robert in this case), and then look for the option that says "Send this user a private message".

i am getting same error but i cannot private message because there is no link 2 do so . it just says , send a message but i cannot click on it but i was able 2 add as a friend . could you please pm me so then i can reply ?
