@Victor21, the phone that I want to add to a family plan, does not have the old account tried to it. we reset the network settings and has no number now.

website activation not working

trying to activate my fiance's device on my account and going to a family plan through the website, and it won't go beyond the next button on entering IMEI number page. she had gotten the device just over a month ago and the primary account holder on his family plan, just cancelled the service after a week when her job was done. we reset the network settings and tried everything we can besides calling customer service. anyone know what we can try next?
