I have the same issue, this boost customer service is insane, on the community board you have to see if you get lucky and someone responds, as far as the boost care number, forget about it, they are in the Philippines, so I spent about 4 hours of my life trying to figure a solution, and I could not understand them, because their English is so bad, they kept hanging up on me, over and over again!

speak to a representative!

Is there not a way to reach a real live person on the phone?!  

I need to get my account number asap.  I have sent an email on the website and sent a private message to an agent in the forum.

I don't want to wait for someone to get back to me.

Please help!
