Hi, trome120. Thanks for stopping by. Port-ins from Virgin Mobile is considered migrations, and can't be completed online. 

 

We'll be happy to help you with this. Please, send us a private message with the following information:

 

-Virgin Mobile phone number and PIN.
-IMEI and ICCID (SIM card numbers) from the Boost Mobile phone.
-First and Last name, and address.
-Price plan and a 4 digits PIN.

 

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

I am attempting to transfer my phone number from my Virgin Mobile service and I am getting this error. What can I do to solve this problem?
