To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

order processing

I order a phone yesterday at 1:10PM. I paid for expedited shipping, and I keep checking to see what the tracking number is and stuff but it keeps saying that the order is still being processed. what is going on?
