Hey there, @nenelms! Thanks for contacting us. If your number is being transferred from Sprint, it will be a different process. Please send us a private message with the following information:

 

* Sprint Phone Number & Pin
* DEC number of the Boost Mobile Device
* New 4 Digits pin with Boost.
* Full Address
* Desired plan with Boost.

 

In order to send a private message, you just need to click on my name, then select the option that says "Send this user a private message".

number not eligible to port?

I am currently a sprint customer switching to boost, it said my number i snot eligible for porting. Please help.
