Hi there! In order to remove yourself from a family plan, all you have to do is change your current plan. If you have a promotional family plan and would like to keep it as a single line, you will need to work with us so we can process the change as promotional plans will not show up as an option when you change the plan online.

We can also help you change the plan or remove you from the family link in any case. Feel free to send us a private message so we may work directly with you.

the primary line is not continuing service how can I remove myself so I can pay on my own
