Hello BlazeKing. In order to port your number we would also need your account number, phone number, and the PIN number for the account that you are porting in. Please send us a private message so we may work with you through there.

 

You can send a private message by clicking on an agent's name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.

Website activation problem

I'm trying to activate my recently purchased phone and port my number in, but the website is erroring out with some strange message. I can't continue past this screen to pay the total needed to activate the phone.
