There are some requirements to unlock a device:
-The device has not been reported as lost or stolen 
-The device has been active on the associated account for at least 12 months
-The device must be powered on and in Sprint coverage with the original SIM card inserted.

I thought the phone was unlocked before I got this iPhone.But I was false.It is locked now and the seller said I could unlock this iPhone…

We understand. So you wanted to activate that device with Boost Mobile and you unable to do so because you believed it was unlocked but it is not? ~AmyM25

Hi,AmyM25.
Now I don't use it because my sim card can't be used normally on this iPhone,and it is not from boost mobile. Because of my mistake, I have paid 100$ for this locked iPhone and she said she didn't use her boost sim card any more. Now I can't activate the device.It just looks like a brick.
