After my phone stopped working, I tried logging into my account but couldn't, despite the phone number and pin being correct. I've had auto topup on this account for the past seven years, and never had an issue. I get regular notifications saying that my account can't exceed $400, and that my fee would be deducted from that to keep my PayLo account active, which has always worked out fine. Fairly certain my CC info is current, but can't say for certain under the circumstances. Not sure if this account is recoverable or not. Any help would be appreciated!
