Hey there, @KazUpy and @maicholina! Can you please send us a private message with the phone number that you want to port? However, if you're trying to transfer a number form Virgin Mobile to Boost, what it needs to be done it's a Migration.

Where would you like me to private message you? I have the same problem! Your website says my Virgin mobile number is not eligible for porting?I cannot change numbers,I've had that one for so many years.Thanks!

Hi, I am going to need help as well. I have two phone numbers that i would like to port over into a family plan, both are virgin mobile numbers and have separate accounts.

-IMEI/MEID of the device you're trying to active.

-ICCID/SIM card number that you will use with that device.

-4-digits PIN code combination that you would like to use with Boost Mobile

-What type of plan would you like to activate the phone under?
