Hi there! Sorry for the delayed response. Support is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST. We are sorry, but there is no way to this. You may switch your phone number and then reactivate the device with a new number and account using one of our current plans.

Transferring Phone number but keeping account

I am planing on joining a Verizon plan and want to transfer my phone number to a new phone on Verizon.

But I would like to give my current phone(with a new number) to my Mom while continuing with my current Virgin plan. 

Is there a way to transfer my phone number to Verizon while still keeping my Virgin/Boost mobile plan active(with the same phone and a new number)?
