Transferring Number - Entered Wrong Account Number
I am a new customer to Boost Mobile. I am using the BYOP option and have already purchased a SIM card. I went through the entire activation process before I realized I entered the account number from my previous carrier incorrectly. Is there any way to cancel the activation process and start it again?
