I'm unable to log in to my account . I tried this via Windows 10 using Chrome. I then emptied the cache, same result, rebooted, same result. I then booted into MACOS and tried it with Chrome from there with the same result. There is no error message given, it just spins as if thinking or just hung there. "Welcome Back" but you can't come in. This is less than optimum. Other suggestions or insight would be appreciated.
In both of the above scenarios I was connecting to Virgin via a NordVPN connection. I disconnected the VPN and was then able to log in to "My Account". What is the point of having a VPN if you can't use it for financial transactions? Virgin and NordVPN need to talk.
