To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

Same issue here with my order from yesterday at 12:30 pm. I believe the latest time you can order for next day is 1pm? So why hasn’t my order shipped?
The only thing on your page says contact me but there is nothing to click on to allow me to talk to you.
