To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

Reactivate lost phone

Hi,

I am on a family plan with 5 total lines. One of the phones was lost and I called support to turn the phone off. We have now found the phone and need it turned back on. How might I go about this?
