Boostmobile is the WORST!!!! I ordered a product from them, then CANCELED WITHIN 3 MINUTES LATER because they couldn't deliver it to the address where I wanted to send it. Come to find out; their Customer Service Representative who could BARELY SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, NEVER CANCELED MY ORDER EVENTHOUGH SHE SAID SHE DID!!!! Went and RE-CANCELED AGAIN by a Supervisor named Pablo. Thought it was taken care of...Called 8 days later to check the STATUS OF MY REFUND.. The Customer Service Rep from El Salvador, who could BARELY SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH (Once again) told me they were SENDING THE PRODUCT TO MY HOME!!!! AT THIS POINT I WAS LIVID!!!! She told me it WOULD TAKE 7-14 DAYS TO GET MY REFUND!!!! SO IN ACTUALITY, IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 21 DAYS TO GET A REFUND!!!!! ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH BOOSTMOBILE OR ITS' CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!!! ITS' REPS DON'T SPEAK OR COMPREHEND ENGLISH WELL AND FRUSTRATION WILL BE YOUR "BEST" FRIEND!!!!
