I've been trying to order a phone for two weeks but I keep getting an error message. I am using my permanent prepaid debit card with my name on it. The mailing and billing address is the same. I called and tried to order over the phone and the agent said he couldnt process the order due to numerous attempts but I had only tried to order online once. I have attempted to order twice more with the same results. Why can't I order a phone online?????? I dont know what the issue is but please help.
