Hi, I'm having several problems at the same time. I've added 25 bucks via reboost cards but I still can't call or send texts. I can't access my account to look at changing my plan because I've forgotten my PIN and when I've requested a new one texted to me it had not arrived (several times). Please help! Thanks, Michael
