Hey there @ilovedogsz The PIN needed is the one you use with your Virgin Mobile account. You need to call the carrier, where you're switching. They may need to call the National Porting Center.

Port out help has been a week

I’d like to get instructions for porting my number out to another provider. I believe I need my account number (which I already have) and a PIN but, is the pin the same as the password? I started the porting process but my virgin account is still active and have not received an email oking to Port my number out.
