I either want to know how long until I can expect the phones to ship (and if I'll still get them overnighted as I paid for) or how I can actually cancel if there's no estimate.
I tried calling customer care. I couldn't even get to a real person or out of the menu cycle. There was no option for order cancellation.
I'm a current customer and i went through Boost thinking it'd be the easy way. Should have gone through backmarket isntead like I originally intended to.
