Phone order issues

I ordered a samsung galaxy s9 on 12/30/2018, and while the money was already taken out of my bank account, I haven't gotten a confirmation email from boost or a tracking number yet. I tried looking on the forum and others were posting that they at least got their confirmation number right away. Already checked my email (including all misc/spam) folders. Can someone help?
