Phone order canceled?

I ordered a iPhone 7 Plus yesterday paid for next business day shipping I haven’t got a tracking information today and I looked on my order the status says “ cancelled “ when I never cancelled my order help ?? Am i going to get my iPhone I paid for?

Also noticed installment page shows error and all info is blank this is a very serious issue considering its dealing with your account and credit
Also couldn't see me conformation number so I have nothing to go on

Iv been trying to get the s9 with boostup and every time it says payment processing but the next day its is no longer on my account and the money is back in my bank I call the bank and they said when they send the money to boost it just comes right back iv tried calling but can't get a real person on the phone very horrible service 

All I want is the s9 on a payment plan happy to give my money but I guess they wont take it
