Hi there Bort. Sorry about the issue you are having trying to migrate from Sprint. If you still need assistance, please send me the following info in a private message:

1. Sprint phone number

2. Sprint Security Pin

3. DEC/IMEI of the device you are going to be using

4. Your new pin number you would like to use with Boost Mobile

5. The plan you are interested in

Re: Phone number is not eligible for porting

Hi,

I'm trying to port my Sprint number and am getting the same error message "Your number is not eligible for porting" and also don't see a way to contact Boost Mobile except this chatroom. Thanks!

Re: Phone number is not eligible for porting

For sure, jmfernandez! Number transfers from Virgin mobile to us are called migrations. We can definitely help you complete that. Please send us a private message with the Virgin Mobile phone number and pin. Also, the ESN/MEID of the Boost device you are trying to activate.

Phone number is not eligible for porting

I tried to activate my new phone and port my number from Virgin mobile, but I'm getting a message that the number is not eligible. Is there a work around for this?
