The only place i can pay my bill says their system has been down for the last 2 days and now my phone is off. What can i do? I cant pay online or over the phone. I can only pay with cash but there is nowhere else close enough for me to get to since i have to walk there. Is there any way my payment can be waived for a couple days and my service restored until the store's system is working again? I have tried to pay the bill since before it was turned off. It doesnt seem right that i get penalized when the payment place cant take payments right now.
