To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

Order shipped to old address

I placed an order and it is being shipped to my previous address. This address is neither my billing/mailing or physical address. I tried to just pick it up at FedEx and they say that the shipper doesn’t allow it. Please help.
