Certainly, the order was returned to us as a result of the cancellation request that was submitted on Saturday.
You can expect to receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days from the date our warehouse validates the device as returned.

my order cancellation request was sent through on Saturday but the phone was shown to have shipped and I received a tracking number. It made it to my local fed ex and now shows that it was returned to the shipper.
Am I right in assuming this is because I cancelled the order? If so, when can I expect to receive my refund?
