Hey there, @zgssib! We're deeply sorry to hear that. If it has been more than 24 hours since your last try, you should be able to access. However, we'd like to make you aware that, if you try one more time (within the first 24 hours, it will reset the counter to 24 more hours. 

 

Currently, we're unable to remove that lock, but if you send us a private message, we may be able to assist you with that process that you're trying to do online! 🙂

Online account is locked

I've received the following message 

 

"your account has been locked due to multiple unsuccessful log in attempts. Please try again in 24 hours"

 

Its been over 24 hours and I cannot still log in. No error message when entering pin number. How do I reset this???
