Hi there, @stainy! We apologize for this experience. Definitely want to look into this for you. Please complete these steps on your phone, make sure it's connected to a Wi-Fi network:
1. Tap Phone > Tap Key Pad.
2. Type ##UPDATE# (##873283#).
3. Phone will process updates. Then Tap OK.
4. When Service Update is complete, tap OK.
I activated a new SIM fro my unlocked iPhone 6S and transferred my number from my old carrier but I am getting no service. My account shows the correct number but my phone is not getting any service.
I haave emailed customer support twice and have heard nothing in reply for 2 days. I can't call them because... my phone doesn't work!! This is extremely annoying. Can a cust service rep please get in touch with me.
