Understood. Thanks for letting us know. Please send us a Private Message with your phone number, PIN, IMEI and UICC ID of the SIM card so we can further assist you. 

 

You can send a private message by clicking on my name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.

Hi there, @stainy! We apologize for this experience. Definitely want to look into this for you. Please complete these steps on your phone, make sure it's connected to a Wi-Fi network:

1. Tap Phone > Tap Key Pad.
2. Type ##UPDATE# (##873283#).
3. Phone will process updates. Then Tap OK.
4. When Service Update is complete, tap OK.

No service after creating an new account and activating

I activated a new SIM fro my unlocked iPhone 6S and transferred my number from my old carrier but I am getting no service. My account shows the correct number but my phone is not getting any service.

 

I haave emailed customer support twice and have heard nothing in reply for 2 days. I can't call them because... my phone doesn't work!! This is extremely annoying. Can a cust service rep please get in touch with me.
