No email regarding account now it is locked on Boost
I have not yet received an email saying my account is moving to Boost. Should I still make my payment now on Virgin? I don't want to lose any balance if I do. I tried signing into Boost just to see if I was transferred and it says my account is locked because I tried too many times. I don't even know if it actually moved to Boost anyway. Please help!!!
