You can send a private message by clicking on my name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.
Called boost support and they were able to fix the problem. If anyone else is having this problem what seemed to have happened was that my boost mobile account wasn't showing the transaction. So they asked for CC # I used for the order and they were able to connect the transaction to my account and send me the Order number.
