I am having the same issue. I did boost up online and never received a confirmation email but they have taken the payment out of my bank account already

You can send a private message by clicking on my name, then selecting the message option from the profile page.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. I placed an online order (11/29) and never received a confirmation email or order number.

Called boost support and they were able to fix the problem. If anyone else is having this problem what seemed to have happened was that my boost mobile account wasn't showing the transaction. So they asked for CC # I used for the order and they were able to connect the transaction to my account and send me the Order number.

The phone # for support is (888)-322-1122

No Order Confirmation Email

I used BoostUp to finance the j7 refine at about 11pm EST on 11/27/2018.
Payment went through, the money was taken out of my bank acc but I haven't received the Order Confirmation Email or the Order Number.
I paid for the next day shipping I'm worried this will delay the process.
