Newly transferred number is not yet validated. I can't use the phone.
I just had my number transferred from from T-Mobile back to Boost Mobile. Now that the transfer was successful, I still cant use my phone because it needs to be validated. I cannot .call customer service on the phone because I keep getting a validation error message.. I paid for a month of service online, but do not know how to pay the activation fee of $10. Can some help me to have customer care aware of my problems? I need to have my account validated. I can't make a call out to 611. I do not have another phone because the T-Moible phone is no longer working. I can't belive that customer care does not follow up to make sure my phone is fully activated..
