New phone order

I ordered a new phone through boost 2 weeks ago. I received an email with order number and tracking number. When I try to track it, it just says “shipping label printed”. And this hasn’t changed in a week. I called fed ex and was told they haven’t received the package from boost. So I called boost. Held for almost 2 hours and talked to 4 different people. Gave each one the order and tracking number. The last a spoke with was a “specialist”, she told me since there was a tracking number fed ex has the package and she transferred me back to fed ex. I relayed what she told me to fed ex and she said the tracking number is electronically generated through email when boost contacts them initially. Fed ex reassured me they never received a package and boost would have to contact them directly to start an “investigation”. I stayed calm and polite through all of this but now feel put off. I have no confidence that I can call boost and make them understand what I need. Help please!!!
