I recently purchased a Moto G5 Plus unlocked. I'm a current customer and just wanted to swap devices. I have installed a Boost Mobile SIM card and gone through the steps for activation, and all seemed to be fine. However, upon updating my cellular configuration the phone says it is connected to Boost Mobile's network, but no calls or texts are being received (calls go straight to voicemail, texts aside from those by BSTFreeMsg are just not received). Data seems to be working, though, Is there any way to fix this?
