Hey there, clairelane! If your phone number is already working with Sprint there is no need to cancel with us, it has already been cancelled.

Need to cancel account and autopay

I've recently ported my virgin phone number over to sprint, and because of that I can't log in to my virgin account or call customer service because it doesn't recognize the number. I just want to make sure that my virgin account and autopay are cancelled and I won't continue to be charged.
