Misinformed about activating phone and can't get a refund
Tried to activate a pre-owned android phone. Bought sim card and phone worked for a few days then stoped. Called customer care and they said they would send new sim card. Tried again to activate and I was told I was sent wrong sim. VM sent another sim card but phone still wouldn't activate. After 3 weeks and numerous customer care reps, I called and was told VM is no longer activating android phones. I asked for a refund since the phone had only worked a few days but was told someone would call me back. That's been over 2 weeks ago and no call back yet. I need assistance regarding this matter.
