About sending the PIN code to your e-mail address, what happens is that the system will also send it to your phone by SMS. Therefore, it's not a good idea to do that while your account is still attached to your lost device.

someone stole my phone and I can not remember my pin. I some how was messing with the automotive system and was trying to put a restriction on my device so that no one can use it and it worked now my services are suspended great. But the only problem is that I believe the person who stole my phone has my pin so right now I'm asking for assistance on changing my pin so that they can turn it back on.
