You can get the PIN sent here when you click here. Also, you can dial 233 from your phone to make a payment.
I missed my bill this month and am trying to pay. However, I can't get into my account because I forgot my PIN. Obviously since I don't have service, having my PIN texted to my phone isn't working. I also can't call customer support because again, no service. What can I do to get back into my account? Is there a way to retrieve my PIN at this point?
