Google Voice ports can take longer than others and sometimes require up to 24 hours.

There is nothing useful that can be done to check on the status of an active port.

As long as the information you provided was correct you should have your phone working in plenty of time.

Is there anyway someone can check on the status of my number being ported from Google Voice?

As others have shared about their experience, Google has released the number and says Virgin hasnt completed whatever they need to do on their end. It's been over 12 hours and I was under the impression it was going to take 15-20 minutes. I am getting ready to go visit family for Thanksgiving and would really like to have my phone activated before that. If anyone our there in the community can help me I woud really apprecaite it.
