Um, hi. I'm having the same problem. I just paid my bill and it's saying that my service is still interrupted for some reason? I'd done the payment online, so I'm unsure of why this is happening.

Interrupted Service and Bill Was Paid

Purchased a $75 card at Walmart on 03/30. Put in the pin on the receipt and it said it went through successfully. I went to use my phone and it said I had a $0 balance. I tried to call support and could not get a person. I no longer have the receipt since it said the payment was successful. Help! I am out $75 and I have been a customer for many, many years. Have never had this issue before.
