I have an iPhone 7 that was having a SIM card issue after the iOS 12 update which affected a lot of users. I brought it into Apple for the free repair program they had for this issue. It was installed a new mother/logic board to fix the issue. The IMEI ID is now different but it won’t activate. The ICCID is still in use. Customer service wouldn’t help the service rep at Apple to resolve this issue and the website for activating phones is also not working. We used a new SIM card for a new activation but virgin mobile was experiencing issues. This phone was already activated on this network, all Apple hardware works on every network. Can someone please help.
