How long will refund take? I was hoping to have phone this week. Is there a DO NOT FORWARD instruction for shipping?

Hi there! Our system only accepts orders made using the same address as the one registered on the card that you used. Therefore, for security reasons, we can not change the address. If you want to cancel the order, feel free to send us a private message so we may work directly with you.
