You can access up to 90 days of call history by signing in to My Boost on Boostmobile.com (https://myaccount.boostmobile.com/sign-in.html?intnav=UtilNavRobot FrustratedignIn) with the phone number and PIN of the account you want to check. From My Boost dashboard, click on 'Account History', then navigate through the Talk or Text tab.

I need to check outgoing calls from a different line on my account

I need to check the outgoing calls/text messages on one of the phones on my account, which is being used by my minor child who knows how to delete that information from the device itself. I am the primary account holder.  I have tried following several different threads that give instructions on how to do this, but most are old (dated from 2017) or do not get me to where I need to go. 

 

I don't understand why it is so difficult to do this. I should be able to login to my account, and within a couple clicks, be able to see what numbers that the lines on my account have been calling or texting.
