I Can't Login to My Account or Start New Activation
Hi Boost Mobile Community,
So a while ago I ended up having to have my account cancelled. I was at a time where I could not pay for my monthly bill. That's fine and my situation has now changed. I get that my account had been cancelled. Thus whenever I try to login to said account I get an error message prompt that the information I provided is not in Boost's records. That's fine. However, when I try to start a new Activation to get a new number I try to put in my ESN, IMEI, and MEID and I get the error message-
"Something went wrong. Please try again later".
That is hardly any help to me whatsoever. I need to know what I need to do to simply just start a new account and get a new number. If this helps any my device is an LGX Power still running on Android 6.0.1.
