How do I cancel a phone order? I've changed my mind about having my phone delivered and want to go in store to pick it up today since my phone is dying and I don't think I can wait.
I've tried calling the phone help line, using the web chat, and tweeting at the Boost Mobile account but I can't get a hold of an agent or find an option to cancel my order. I have my order number and it was only made an hour ago. Please help. I don't know what else to do short of stopping the order by disputing with Paypal.
I'd wait to receive it and try a return but I'm not confident about that either since all the return information I see on the site just points back to the phone number where there wasn't an option about making a return when I called.
